Campaign links your whole funnel can trust.

Build consistent UTM-tagged URLs with enforced naming conventions, save them into a searchable campaign library, and end the era of utm_source=Facebook vs facebook.

Base URL

https://acme.com/spring-launch

utm_source

newsletter

utm_medium

email

utm_campaign

spring-launchfixed: “Spring Launch”

https://acme.com/spring-launch?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=spring-launch

Conventions, enforced

Everything is lowercased, spaces become dashes and stray characters are stripped as you type — so utm_source=Facebook, facebook and FaceBook can never split your reports again.

Live tagged-URL preview

Watch the final URL assemble itself as you fill in parameters, then copy it with one click. Existing query strings are merged correctly, never clobbered.

A searchable campaign library

Every link you save lands in one library you can search across campaigns, sources, mediums and URLs — no more digging through old spreadsheets and Slack threads.

One-click presets

Save your recurring source/medium/campaign combos as presets and tag the next link in a single click. Built-in chips cover the common channels out of the box.

Grouped by campaign

Flip the library into a campaign view to see every link in a launch together, with counts per campaign — perfect for pre-flight checks before you ship.

CSV export

Download your whole library as a clean CSV — campaign, source, medium, term, content and final URL — ready for audits, reports or your data warehouse.

How it works

1

Build with guardrails

Paste a base URL, pick source and medium from preset chips, and type the rest — UTMKit fixes casing, spaces and invalid characters as you go.

2

Save to the library

One click stores the link with its campaign, so the whole history of what you tagged — and how — lives in one searchable place.

3

Paste clean links everywhere

Copy the final URL into ads, emails and posts. Every channel reports under the same names, so attribution finally adds up.

Frequently asked questions

Why does lowercase matter so much in GA4?

GA4 treats UTM values as case-sensitive strings: utm_source=Facebook and utm_source=facebook show up as two different sources, silently splitting your traffic across rows. UTMKit lowercases every parameter automatically, so one channel is always one row in your reports.

Does UTMKit shorten my links?

No — UTMKit builds and manages the tagged URL itself; it doesn't shorten or redirect anything. If you want a short, branded link with click analytics on top of your tagged URL, pair UTMKit with SnipLink (also on Hextrot): build the UTM link here, then shorten it there.

Can my team use it?

Yes — that's where it shines. Share the same presets and naming conventions and everyone tags links the same way, whether they sit in marketing, sales or product. Each Hextrot account has its own library, so teams typically share one account for a single source of truth.

What are presets exactly?

A preset is a saved combination of utm_source, utm_medium and optionally utm_campaign — like "newsletter / email" or "google / cpc / always-on". Click a preset chip and those fields fill themselves, so recurring channels take one click instead of three typo opportunities.

What do I get for free?

The full builder with all convention guards, live preview, copy button and a library of up to 10 saved links, plus two built-in example presets. Pro ($6/mo) unlocks unlimited links, your own custom presets and CSV export.
