Frequently asked questions
How does verification work?
Every certificate you issue gets a unique 8-character code printed on it, plus a public page at /cert/<code>. Anyone who opens that link sees the recipient, course, issue date and issuer — confirmed live from your account, not from a screenshot.
Can certificates be faked?
A forged PDF won't have a working verification link. Codes are randomly generated, tied to your account, and only exist if you issued them — and if you revoke one, its verification page says so immediately.
Are there limits on bulk issuing?
Bulk issuing is part of the Lifetime plan and handles up to 200 recipients per batch — paste one name per line and they all share the same course title and date. Need more? Just run another batch.
Is the $25 really one-time?
Yes. Pay once and you get unlimited certificates, all three templates, bulk issuing and watermark-free printing forever. No subscription, no per-certificate fees.
What does the free plan include?
