How does PDF export work?
InvoiceForge uses your browser's print engine: click Download PDF and a print dialog opens with only the invoice document visible — choose 'Save as PDF' and you're done. It works offline-fast, produces sharp vector text, and there's nothing to install.
What's the watermark on the free plan?
Free-plan PDFs include a subtle 'Made with Hextrot InvoiceForge' mark on the document. Upgrading to Pro removes it instantly and lets you add your own logo and brand color instead.
Which currencies and tax setups are supported?
You can bill in USD, EUR, GBP, INR, AUD and CAD, each formatted with the right symbol and separators. Tax is a percentage applied after any discount, which covers VAT, GST and most sales-tax situations for freelancers.
Can I edit an invoice after saving it?
Yes — every invoice stays editable. Reopen it, change line items or dates, re-download the PDF, and flip its status between draft, sent and paid at any time. Free accounts keep up to 3 saved invoices; Pro is unlimited.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Pro is $9/month with no contract — cancel from your billing portal whenever you like. You keep access until the end of the billing period, and your saved invoices remain yours either way.
