Frequently asked questions
Will my signature break in Outlook?
No — that's the whole point of SigCraft. Outlook's desktop apps render email with the Word engine, which chokes on modern CSS. SigCraft only ever generates table-based layout with inline styles and web-safe fonts (Arial, Georgia, Verdana, Helvetica), the one approach that renders consistently across Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail and everything else.
How do images work?
You paste a URL to a hosted image (your headshot or logo) and choose an optional circle crop. Email clients load it from that URL, so use a reliable host — your website, or any public image host. Social links are deliberately text-only, because icon images are the first thing spam filters and dark-mode themes ruin.
Can I update my signature later?
Yes. Saved signatures stay editable forever — load one, tweak the title, color or links, hit Update, then copy and re-paste into your email client. The free plan keeps 1 saved signature; Lifetime keeps as many variants as you like (sales vs. support, English vs. French…).
