Sales & Clients
Proposals that close themselves.
Build polished client proposals with scope, pricing and terms, share a private link, and get notified the moment your client views — then accepts — the deal.
Know when they open it
Every proposal link tracks views: how many times your client opened it and exactly when. Follow up while you're top of mind — not three days too late.
One-click acceptance
Your client types their name and hits Accept. No printing, no scanning, no "did you get my email?" — the deal status flips to Accepted in your dashboard instantly.
A document that sells
Letterhead, scope sections, an itemized pricing table with totals, timeline and terms — rendered as a clean, professional page your client can read on any device.
Private links by default
Each proposal lives at its own unguessable URL. Only people you share the link with can see it, and you can switch it off the moment a deal closes or dies.
Sensible terms, prefilled
Start from battle-tested default terms — deposits, revisions, ownership, validity — then tweak them once and duplicate the proposal for every future client.
PDF when you need paper
Some clients want a file for procurement. Download a pixel-perfect PDF of any proposal in one click — same document, same numbers, no reformatting.
How it works
Draft
Fill in the client, scope, pricing and timeline with a live preview of the finished document beside you. Terms come prefilled so nothing gets forgotten.
Send the link
Mark it as sent to activate a private client URL. Drop it in an email or DM — your client opens it in their browser, no account or downloads needed.
Get accepted
Watch views roll in, follow up at the right moment, and let your client accept with one click. Their name and timestamp land in your dashboard.

Frequently asked questions
Is the one-click acceptance legally binding?
ProposalKit records your client's typed name and an exact timestamp — a lightweight capture of intent that's perfect for kicking off work with confidence. For larger engagements we recommend pairing the accepted proposal with a signed contract; the proposal defines the scope and price, the contract makes it airtight.
Can clients see my other proposals?
No. Every proposal lives at its own private, randomly generated URL that's practically impossible to guess. A client only ever sees the single proposal you send them, and there's no index, directory or search that could expose the rest.
What happens when a proposal expires?
Set a valid-until date and ProposalKit handles the rest: after that date the page shows a clear "expired" notice and the Accept button is disabled, server-side too. A little deadline pressure closes deals — and you'll never be held to last year's pricing.
Can I download a proposal as a PDF?
Yes. Every proposal exports to a clean PDF straight from the editor — same layout, same pricing table, same terms as the web version. Handy for clients whose procurement teams insist on an attachment.
What does the free plan include?
Everything you need to close one deal at a time: the full editor, the private client link, view counts and one-click acceptance, with one live proposal awaiting a decision at any moment. Pro removes the limit, drops the ProposalKit badge and unlocks the full view-by-view history with timestamps.
